Michelle Soohi Lee grew up in Sacramento and attended Harvard University and UCLA School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Prior to opening Lee Tax and Law Office, Michelle worked at an international law firm where she represented publicly-traded companies, middle-market companies and emerging growth companies in various industries, including technology, life sciences, healthcare, food and beverage, media, e-commerce, transportation and agriculture.

For many years Michelle also worked with her father Sangkyu Lee at his tax practice, King & Lee, CPA.

She is committed to developing long lasting partnerships with her clients to help them succeed.
